Carneddau Wild Camp – January 2016

It didn’t take too long, and the first wild camp of 2016 was to be had. With the apparent prediction of snow from the metoffice (that never materialised), and a longing to get out in Snowdonia; it had to be a Carneddau wild camp. Heading up onto Pen yr Ole Wen via the east ridge, then following the ridge along to Carnedd Llwellyn before finally heading to Foel Grach – a nice, settled evening of cooking in the summit shelter before retiring to the tents whilst shrouded in clag was had here.
